Full job description

We are looking for reliable and hardworking people to join our team, working 28 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out daily checks on the health and welfare of the birds.
Monitoring feed and water and ensuring equipment is functioning correctly.
Collecting, sorting, and packing eggs
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and biosecurity within the sheds.
Carrying out general housekeeping duties.
Monitoring environmental controls, including ventilation, temperature and lighting.
Reporting any health, welfare or equipment issues promptly.
Assisting with bird movement and other flock management tasks as required.

What We're Looking For:

A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Good attention to detail and commitment to animal welfare.
Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment.
Reliability, punctuality and flexibility, including weekend work.
Previous poultry or agricultural experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
A full UK driving licence - own transport essential

Competitive rate of pay, based on experience and will be discussed in the interview.
