Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Brick Mason to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and restoring brickwork structures with precision and attention to detail. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for masonry and related trades to develop their skills within a professional environment.

Duties

Lay bricks, blocks, and stones according to specifications and blueprints
Ensure the accuracy of structures through measurements and level checks
Use hand tools such as trowels, chisels, and hammers efficiently
Operate power tools including drills, saws, and grinders safely
Maintain a clean and organised worksite to ensure safety standards are met
Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters, roofers, or welders on complex projects

Requirements

Proven experience in bricklaying, masonry, or related construction trades
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools essential for brickwork and masonry tasks
Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations relevant to construction sites
Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately
Physical fitness to perform manual labour including lifting heavy materials and working at heights if required
Valid UK driving licence is preferred for site access

This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to contribute to high-quality construction projects while honing their craft in a supportive team environment.
