Experienced Warehouse Technician – Audio, Lighting & Video
Here at PK-UK Events, we’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Technician to join our busy live events team. We supply professional audio, lighting and video equipment for concerts, festivals, corporate events and touring productions across the UK.
We’re looking for someone with previous experience in the live events or AV industry who is confident working with professional equipment, has a good eye for detail and takes pride in keeping equipment organised and maintained to a high standard. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and thrives in a busy warehouse environment.
Your responsibilities:
- Prepare equipment from hire lists
- Test, clean and maintain equipment
- Load and unload vehicles
- Book equipment in and out
- Report faults and carry out basic repairs
- Keep the warehouse organised
- Support stock takes
- Assist with on-site events when required
We're looking for someone who:
- Is reliable and hardworking
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Holds a full UK driving licence
- Can safely lift and move equipment
- Works well independently and within a team
Bonus points if you have experience with:
- Professional audio systems (L-Acoustics, d&b, Yamaha, DiGiCo, Shure)
- Intelligent lighting (Martin, Robe, Chauvet)
- LED video systems and media servers
- Rigging or power distribution
- PAT testing
- Forklift operation
Essential
- Previous experience working with professional audio, lighting or video equipment in the live events industry is essential. Knowledge across multiple disciplines would be an advantage.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
