Job description
Hotter is seeking a dedicated Concessions Manager to oversee our retail concessions operations at our Aberdeen Dobbies store. This role is vital in ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence, aligning with our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction. The Concessions Manager will lead a team to deliver outstanding retail experiences that reflect our brand values.
Responsibilities
' Lead and manage the concessions team to ensure high standards of customer service.
- Oversee daily operations of the concessions area within the store.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
- Collaborate with store management to optimize concession performance.
- Train and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory effectively.
- Provide regular reports on concession performance to senior management.
