Working within Homefire Group, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join our Alvecote Depot on an permanent, full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be detail-oriented.
Reporting to the Hub Manager, you will carry out all office administration processes including answering phones, placing orders and serving customers, so excellent communication skills to provide a reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service experience is required.
Key skills required for this role:
o IT literacy, must possess good IT skills and the ability to work within prescribed system processes and across various IT platforms.
o Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
o Good organisational and analytical skills.
o Must be a “team player” with the ability to work well under pressure.
o Previous experience in the solid fuel industry or solid fuel product knowledge (ideally).
o Experience with Cash handling & banking
o Previous experience in a transport office or environment preferred
o Overtime required at busy times
