We are seeking to appoint enthused casual Group Exercise Instructors to help deliver our successful group exercise program across Derby Arena, and Springwood Leisure Centre
Our current timetable operates over 90 classes per week over three sites. We’re looking to recruit to add to our classes cover list and to add to our timetable. Have an exciting new idea for a fitness class or are newly qualified we would love to hear from you!
You should be customer focused and have demonstrable experience of working with a range of customers of all ages and abilities in a health and wellbeing service.
The Opportunity
In the role of Relief Group Exercise Instructor, here’s an example of what you’ll be doing to make an impact:
You will be instructing groups of our members , delivering exercise classes to music dependent on your qualifiacations and skill set.
You will demonstrate technique and forms , observe and explain to them corrective measures necessary to improve their skills .
You will deliver safe and effective programmes , suitable for all , offering progressions and adaptations ls.
