How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Client Care Co-ordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a warm, professional and compassionate experience for every client and patient

Manage appointments, telephone enquiries and client communications efficiently

Handle cash and card payments accurately

Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately

Support colleagues across the practice to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of reception

Remain calm, organised and professional in a busy and emotionally demanding environment
