Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented candidate for a Hybrid Screen Printer / Production Assistant role to join our small but dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality printed designs on various materials, ensuring precision and consistency throughout the printing process. The candidate will also assist in Production and will be responsible for Marshalling components for upcoming orders and hole punching certain bags ready for eyelets. Duties
- Set up and operate screen printing equipment to produce customised designs on apparel, and other materials.
- Mix inks accurately to match consistency specifications and ensure vibrant, consistent prints.
- Conduct quality checks during and after printing to identify and rectify any defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain and clean printing equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage workflow efficiently to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Assist in Marshalling components for Orders.
- Hole punch certain products and assist in eyelet application.
Requirements
- Proven experience in screen printing or related print production roles.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
