Job Introduction

Vehicle PDI / Preparation Technician

Full-Time - Permanent -Vauxhall Derby Pentagon Motor Group

Are you an experienced and qualified Vehicle Technician who can carry out Pre-Delivery checks on new and used vehicles and looking to join a supportive team, progress your career and work with an established brand? At Pentagon Motor Group, we’re on the lookout for experienced Pre-Delivery Vehicle Technicians like you to join our expanding aftersales team.

Whether you're already working with at a franchised dealership or an independent garage, if you’ve got the drive to deliver outstanding service and top-quality workmanship, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Carrying out high-quality pre-delivery checks, servicing, repairs and diagnosing faults efficiently and accurately to manufacturer standards
Carrying out visual health checks
Ensures vehicles are safe, roadworthy, and meet customer expectations, supporting the Pentagon Group's reputation for excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified to level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent
MOT License would be preferable
At least 3 years of practical experience working in a workshop environment
Takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a busy team
Full UK driving license (max 6 points)
