Pay: £14.96 per hour (£29,172.00 per annum)
Location: Across all YMCA Norfolk sites (Countywide)

Hours per week: 37.5 hours (Tuesday - Saturday)

What Youll Be Doing
- Provide and oversee day-to -day maintenance operations across multiple YMCA sites, handling both reactive repairs and planned maintenance.
- Coordinate external contractors, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
- Support compliance with health & safety regulations and YMCA Norfolks internal policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and contribute to budget management.
- Advise site managers on maintenance as well as safety issues in the absence of the Health, Safety and Compliance Manager.
- Contribute to strategic planning by attending team meetings and supporting cross-organisational projects.
- Champion safeguarding and uphold YMCAs values in every aspect of your work.

What youll need to succeed
- Minimum 3 years experience in a maintenance or facilities role.
- Practical skills in joinery, building, plumbing or electrical work.
- A recognised apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 in a relevant discipline (desirable).
- Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and compliance.
- A full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently, manage your time, and adapt to changing priorities.
- A flexible, proactive mindset and a genuine commitment to YMCAs mission.
