Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven BYD Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, promoting our range of electric vehicles, and driving sales growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment, leveraging excellent communication skills and sales expertise to achieve targets and expand our market presence.

Duties

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within target markets
Present and demonstrate BYD electric vehicle products to potential clients
Develop customised sales proposals tailored to client needs
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
Upsell additional products and services to maximise revenue
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups
Utilise effective phone etiquette and communication skills to engage prospects
Organise sales meetings, presentations, and product launches as required
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation

Experience

Experience in customer service is essential.
Able to efficiently multi-task and solve problems
Exceptional customer service skills and accurate attention to detail
Previous dealership experience is an advantage
Professional dress and manner
Must be a well-spoken, outgoing, and friendly professional
Excellent communication skills and telephone manners
Must be proficient in general computer knowledge.
Minimum Maths and English G.C.S.E grade C.
Experience working in a workshop environment advantage.
