Job Description:
The main duties include but are not limited to;
Lifeguard Duties:
- Monitor pool or water play areas to prevent accidents and ensure swimmer safety.
- Monitor use of Jet Skis
- Enforce facility rules and respond quickly to emergencies using appropriate rescue techniques.
- Administer first aid or CPR as needed
- Report hazards, incidents, or equipment issues to supervisors promptly.
Activity Attendant Duties:
- Supervise children’s use of playground equipment and outdoor play activities.
- Interact positively with children to encourage safe and inclusive play.
- Set up and organize playground games or activities as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of play areas (e.g., remove hazards, sanitize equipment).
The Person:
Essential Criteria, applicants must have;
- Proven experience of multi-tasking various job duties in a fast paced environment.
- A good customer service background.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Warm, friendly, and energetic with great pride in your overall appearance.
- A flexible work approach and be available to work weekdays and weekends.

- Experience or an interest in the hospitality industry.
Desirable Criteria;
- Previous experience working in a spa environment or leisure centre environment
- Experience or an interest in the hospitality industry
- Qualification/ Experience in Pool Life Guarding
