Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Office Administrator to join our team! We are looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic person to join our team in a very busy bathroom, tile and flooring showroom. This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.

*Experience in this role is essential*

We would love to hear from you if you:

- Have experience using QuickBooks/Sage.

- Have good communication and customer service skills.

- Are organised and can manage day-to-day office tasks.

- Enjoy working as part of a team and are eager to work and can handle a busy environment.

Your role will also include:

- Answering phone calls and customer enquiries.

- Processing invoices, orders and payments.

- Keeping records up to date using Quickbooks/Sage.

- Supporting a busy showroom and sales team.

- General office administration.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a good initiative. Every day is different, so being able to stay organised and work well under pressure is important.
