Due to continued success, we are looking for a Project Architect / Architectural Technician to join our growing team.
This position is available at either our Derry or Belfast office.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design on a variety of residential, commercial, retail and office projects
- Play a key role throughout the life of projects from inception to completion
- Manage the full design team, both internal and external consultants
- Prepare presentations, statutory Planning and Building Control applications, working drawings / specifications and construction information
- Oversee project timelines and quality standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, statutory bodies and contractors
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years professional experience
- Highly motivated candidate who is enthusiastic and capable of working on multiple projects at once
- Have excellent design, detail and communication skills
- Strong understanding of planning, building control regulations and building codes
- Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD
- Relevant qualification, third level or equivalent desirable
- 3D visualisation and Photoshop desirable
- Understanding of CDM regulations desirable
