Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional Temporary Sales Representative to manage and develop existing customer accounts across the North West of Northern Ireland while supporting new business opportunities during a period of cover.
The successful candidate will maintain strong customer relationships, ensure excellent service levels, promote company product ranges, and identify opportunities to increase sales within independent retail, wholesale, and convenience sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customer accounts across the territory
- Conduct regular customer visits in line with agreed call schedules
- Promote company products, special offers, and seasonal lines
- Identify and secure new sales opportunities within the territory
- Achieve agreed sales targets and KPI objectives
- Ensure effective merchandising and product placement where applicable
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and professionally
- Complete daily/weekly sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
- Work closely with internal sales and operations teams to ensure excellent customer service
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
Requirements
- Previous field sales or account management experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Confident using mobile technology, email, and basic reporting systems
- Full UK driving licence
- Knowledge of the FMCG, confectionery, wholesale, or convenience retail sector would be advantageous

Pay: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
