Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant kitchen team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in food production and preparation, ensuring that every plate meets our high standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and workstations.
Assist in the management of kitchen operations, including food inventory and stock control.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Contribute to menu development by providing input on new dishes and seasonal offerings.
Help train and mentor new kitchen staff, fostering a positive team atmosphere.

Skills
