Full job description

Due to continued success, we are looking for a Project Architect / Architectural Technician to join our growing team.

This position is available at either our Derry or Belfast office.

What You’ll Do

Lead the design on a variety of residential, commercial, retail and office projects
Play a key role throughout the life of projects from inception to completion
Manage the full design team, both internal and external consultants
Prepare presentations, statutory Planning and Building Control applications, working drawings / specifications and construction information
Oversee project timelines and quality standards
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, statutory bodies and contractors

What We’re Looking For

4+ years professional experience
Highly motivated candidate who is enthusiastic and capable of working on multiple projects at once
Have excellent design, detail and communication skills
Strong understanding of planning, building control regulations and building codes
Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD
Relevant qualification, third level or equivalent desirable
3D visualisation and Photoshop desirable
Understanding of CDM regulations desirable
