To support our continued success we’re looking for a Bid Co-Ordinatorto join the team!
The Role
As a Bid Co-ordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the business by sourcing and producing high quality, compelling bid and tender submissions that showcase our expertise, values and commitment to delivering exceptional projects.
Working closely with our Pre-Construction and Operational teams, you'll coordinate and develop engaging written responses for public and private sector tenders, ensuring submissions are accurate, compliant and tailored to each client's requirements. You'll be responsible for gathering information from across the business, translating technical content into clear and persuasive proposals, and ensuring all submissions reflect the quality and professionalism that Wilten Construction is known for.
The Day to Day
· Produce high-quality, engaging and compliant bid responses for PQQs, ITTs and tender submissions.
· Collaborate with Pre-Construction and Operational teams to gather technical and project-specific information.
· Write, edit and proofread content to ensure submissions are clear, compelling and aligned with Wilten Construction's brand and values.
· Coordinate bid programmes and manage multiple tender deadlines simultaneously.
· Maintain and develop the bid content library, ensuring information remains current and relevant.
· Review client requirements to ensure all submissions are fully compliant.
· Support the continuous improvement of bid processes, templates and submission quality.
· Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain case studies, CVs, project information and supporting evidence.
· Assist with presentation materials and interview submissions where required.
· Contribute to post-tender reviews, capturing feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Who are you?
- Previous experience as a Bid Writer, Proposal Writer or in a similar bid management role within the construction, engineering or built environment sector.
- Strong experience writing compelling responses for PQQs, ITTs and tender submissions.
- The ability to interpret client requirements and ensure submissions are fully compliant.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
- Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels to gather technical information and project content.
- Living within a commutable distance to Market Harborough, Leicestershire.
