Join W.H Gayton & Sons as a Bakery Manager in our historic bakery located in the heart of the community. Lead our team to continue delivering high-quality baked goods that delight our loyal customers. Your role is vital in maintaining the bakery’s reputation for excellence and tradition.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily bakery operations ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.
Manage and motivate bakery staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand.
Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Develop new product ideas to keep offerings fresh and innovative.
Monitor financial performance and optimize operational efficiency.
Uphold the bakery’s reputation for quality and tradition in every aspect of work.
Qualifications
Proven experience in bakery management or a similar role within the food industry.
