Full job description

What you'll be doing:

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy. Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss and maximize efficiency.
Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions.
Identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and staff performance.

Additional Responsibilities as Assigned.

This position is in our Braunstone site;

We’d love to hear from you if:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to motivate and develop staff.
Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with staff, management, and customers.
Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
