Import Coordinator
We are a market leading small yet rapidly growing customs clearance agency who specialise in Fresh Produce imports from Europe and Morocco.
Due to recent expansion and internal promotions we are now looking for our next generation of Import Coordinators who want to join and grow with us during this exciting time!

Responsibilities of the Import Coordinator include:
· Submitting customs entries efficiently and accurately.
· Review, and maintain import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists. phytosanitary and POAO certificates, whilst ensuring all documents are accurate and fully compliant with HMRC.
· Manage both personal and shared mailbox, tracking and responding to queries in a timely manner.
· Communicate clearly with multiple Government authorities.
· Track shipments and update customers and hauliers on progress.
· Be a point of contact for customer queries and status updates.
· Keeping various trackers accurate and up to date.
· Liaise with hauliers, customs agents, suppliers, and internal team to resolve delays or compliance issues.
Requirements
· Must be well organised, proactive and able to prioritise their workload.
· Must be able to co-ordinate multiple tasks and shipments throughout the day, within a fast-paced environment.
· Previous customs experience is an advantage, but not necessary.
