Full job description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Finance firm based on the outskirts of Exeter.

In this role you will be a key member of the team assisting our Financial Advisers in providing a first class service to our clients. Your varied daily tasks will include:

Core paraplanner duties including assisting in preparing for meetings, completing meeting workbooks and application forms.
Obtaining illustrations and product information from providers.
Preparing bespoke suitability reports to meet client needs.
Undertaking cashflow modelling and utilising tools such as FE Analytics.
Providing general administration and compliance support including processing and uploading documents to Salesforce.
Reviewing and maintaining compliant client records and files.
Assisting with trading and the investment processes.
Personal administrative support for the company Director.
Providing general support to the team in all areas of the business.

We are interested in speaking to paraplanners who have previous experience working within the role and are working towards their Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS).

The role is ideal for someone who wants to progress their career, is outgoing, communicative, isn’t afraid to ask questions and wants to learn. You will be highly organised, resourceful, naturally inquisitive with strong attention to detail.

Study support will be provided as part of the role for the right candidate to complete relevant qualifications, with the opportunity to progress and develop within the company.
