Full job description

Looking for a professional, highly experienced private chef to work on a large historical family estate near Exeter, Devon. Qualifications must include sophisticated, exquisite healthy food preparation, preferably a fusion of European and contemporary fusion cuisine of highest standards and design. Creative baking talent will be appreciated. Immediate availability is sought. Flexible weekly schedule possible, hours from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. Working solo in a large, well-organised kitchen with occasional assistance from other estate staff. Non-smoker. We DO NOT provide an accommodation and only a self-employed freelancer arrangement will be acceptable. Ability to closely follow directions and desire to develop a long-term, stable engagement are preferred. Besides maintaining the kitchens in clean and perfect order, experience and ability to procure high quality ingredients and plan deliveries and stocking of supplies are a must-have.
