What you’ll be doing

support the successful delivery of our employability and adult skills programmes.
play a key role in coordinating referrals, supporting learners, liaising with external partners, and ensuring programmes run smoothly and effectively.
be the central point of contact for organisations including Jobcentre Plus, local authorities and community partners
managing referrals and enrolments
coordinating events and workshops
supporting funding and compliance requirements

We’re looking for someone who

is organised and proactive
can communicating confidently with a wide range of people
works accurately with excellent attention to detail
is experienced in using Microsoft Office and databases.
has experience within education, employability or public sector environments
