Job Overview

Lewis limited are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales and Marketing professional to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to promote our products and services, establishing strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive negotiation style, and a keen understanding of B2B sales processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to organisational success through innovative marketing initiatives and effective sales techniques.

Duties

Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach and networking.
Develop customised sales proposals tailored to client needs, demonstrating the value of our offerings.
Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
Conduct negotiations to secure favourable terms while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless service delivery and support marketing campaigns.
Organise and participate in industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning.
Utilise IT tools for CRM management, data analysis, and campaign execution.
Maintain organised records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks.
Drive continuous improvement in sales techniques and marketing strategies through ongoing learning.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, customer service, or marketing roles.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in IT applications such as CRM software, MS Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.
Valid driving licence is preferred for client visits and event participation.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Strong time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
