Full job description

We are looking for a full-time lawn operative to work in Hampshire and surrounding areas.

The role involves attending domestic properties to carry out lawn treatments such as fertilising, weed-killing, scarification, top dressing, aeration and disease control (no garden maintenance or grass cutting) and also providing customers with recommendations and quotations for our services.

Good communication and customer service skills are absolutely vital and proven driving experience will be required.

The applicant must:

have an interest in lawns
be prepared to train and learn the skills of greenkeeping and grounds maintenance in order to work to an extremely high standard at all times
be polite, honest and flexible with a positive, hard-working attitude
have the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team of greenkeepers

This is a permanent, full time position (37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday) with commission available.

Applicants with a PA1 and PA6 qualification are preferred, however full training will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary:£24,500.00 - £28,000.00 per year depending on experience with additional commission + use of company van to travel to and from work.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 0800 to 1600

PA1 qualification (preferred)
PA6 qualification (preferred)
Driver's licence (required)
