We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our newly opened independent café.
This isn't a traditional café menu. We make everything fresh, from scratch, with a focus on creative, original food that surprises and delights our guests. We're building a kitchen that values quality, passion, and teamwork just as much as technical skill.
The Role
As Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section and play a key role in delivering exceptional breakfast, brunch, and daytime food. You'll work alongside a motivated team in a fast-paced but supportive environment where creativity and attention to detail are valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook fresh breakfast, brunch & lunch.
- Maintain consistently high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Ensure all food leaving the kitchen is prepared with care, pride, and attention to detail.
- Manage your section efficiently and professionally during service.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety standards.
- Support menu development and contribute ideas for specials and seasonal dishes.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to create a great guest experience.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
- Proven experience working in a breakfast and brunch environment.
- A genuine passion for fresh food and creative cooking.
- Professionalism and a positive attitude at all times.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to your role and team.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent standards of cleanliness and kitchen discipline.
