We are looking for a passionate and creative florist to join our exciting and dynamic team. With a bright and enthusiastic personality, with outstanding customer service experience embracing the customer’s needs and being a brand ambassador for the business.
The ideal candidate must have 2 years’ experience, with a keen eye for colour & design and have an attention to detail with a genuine love for flowers and plants and can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
This role offers the opportunity to craft beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, from weddings to corporate events, while providing excellent customer service in a vibrant retail environment.
The role requires a confident and versatile florist with proven experience across our full range of retail, corporate installations, bespoke event floristry and installations. Part of this role is being able to work under pressure in a face-paced environment, prioritising daily workloads and supporting the team members.
Duties
- Designing and creating floral arrangements for events, weddings and funerals tailored to customer specifications with a strong attention to detail.
- Assisting customers in selecting flowers, plants, and related accessories
- Maintaining the store’s floral display area, ensuring it is attractive, organised, and well-stocked
- Managing stock levels and placing orders for fresh flowers and supplies as needed
- Organising deliveries and ensuring timely fulfilment of orders
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer experience.
Essentials
- Minimum 2 years proven experience as a florist with a strong portfolio of floral designs.
- Outstanding customer service experience
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and presentation
- Excellent communication & organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literate: confident with Microsoft Office, managing online orders, internal & external emails, ‘EPOS Now’ till system, customer orders & queries, and other business online platforms.

Pay: £28,750.00-£31,000.00 per year
