Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Contact Centre Team Leader to join our growing team in Bristol. As a Contact Centre Team Leader, you will provide day-to-day guidance to a team of customer service professionals, monitor service performance, and contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience. What You'll Do
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of customer service advisors to deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Monitor daily team performance against service and quality objectives.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing support to help team members develop their skills.
- Assist with scheduling, workload planning, and daily operational activities.
- Handle customer escalations and help resolve complex enquiries professionally.
- Monitor customer interactions to maintain service quality and compliance standards.
- Prepare performance reports and maintain accurate operational records.
- Work collaboratively with management to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members.
- Encourage a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the contact centre.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, retail, hospitality, administration, team support, or a related role is beneficial but not essential.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to motivate others.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard business systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and support continuous improvement.
- GCSEs, A-Levels, or equivalent qualifications are preferred but not required.

Pay: £2,850.00-£3,800.00 per month
