Current Vacancy:

Branch Administrator - Thirsk

Hours: Part Time (25 Hours Per Week) / Salary: Competitive

What you’ll be doing:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our busy builder’s merchants in Thirsk . You’ll provide administrative support to the branch team in order to ensure compliance and business efficiency. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate that they have excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

Tasks will include but are not limited to:

General admin duties such as answering phones, filing etc.
Receive stock onto computer from delivery notes
Handling customer returns
Cashing up
Check invoicing and resolving invoice queries
Run and print lists of outstanding orders
Report printing
Count stock
Booking out goods

A great work ethic and attention to detail is very important in this role and experience in a similar administrative position would be an advantage.
