Together for Mental Wellbeing is seeking to recruit relief workers to complement our full-time staff teams across our 4 accommodation services in Central Ipswich. These zero-hour contract shift patterns can work flexibly around you. As these are 24-hour staffed services, shifts could include early, late and sleep-in shifts (for which an enhancement is paid in addition to hourly rate), as well as weekend cover.

The purpose of this role is to support and encourage people to maintain tenancies, reach greater levels of independence and wellbeing, find purpose and meaningful connections within their local communities and to improve overall feelings of life autonomy and fulfilment.

Given this role involves supporting vulnerable people, successful applicants will be subject to a DBS check and satisfactory references prior to being offered employment. Regrettably, we are unable to provide sponsorship for non-UK nationals.
