Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager/Senior Negotiator to join our Beccles team. This role is pivotal in facilitating property sales, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong organisational ability, and a keen eye for detail. A drive and passion for a successful career and not just a job is a must along with a driving license and own car. A minimum of two years estate agency experience required.

Duties

Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Conduct viewings of properties, providing detailed information and answering any queries.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve favourable outcomes.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the database.
Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including social media and online listings.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local developments to provide informed advice to clients.

Experience

Previous experience of at least two years is required. After a successful probation period we will invest in you to become Propertymark qualified.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
Proficient in administrative tasks, ensuring documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
