Job Summary
We are a growing natural stone retailer and installer looking for a reliable, hardworking and practical Multiskilled Labourer to join our team.
This is a varied, hands-on role split between our installation sites and working yard. You’ll need to be comfortable working outdoors, getting stuck into physical work and taking pride in keeping both sites and our yard organised and presentable.
Experience working with natural stone, paving or landscaping would be an advantage, but it is not essential. The right attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work as part of a team are more important. Full training will be provided where required.
Your Responsibilities
Depending on the day's requirements, your duties will include:
- General labouring and assisting our installation teams on site
- Helping with the preparation and installation of natural paving and stone
- Loading, unloading and moving materials and stock
- Keeping work areas, sites and the yard clean, tidy and organised
- Picking and preparing customer stock orders
- Cutting natural stone using our stone saw – full training will be provided
- General maintenance and upkeep around the yard
- Assisting with deliveries and other general duties as required
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is hardworking, reliable and punctual
- Is physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Enjoys practical, hands-on work
- Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn new skills
- Can work well as part of a team but is also happy working independently
- Takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail
- Is comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Has previous labouring, landscaping, construction or natural stone experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Has a full UK driving licence (essential) and is a capable and careful driver. Trailer licence advantageous but not essential.

Previous natural stone experience is a bonus, but attitude and reliability are key.
