We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Bus Contracts & Projects Officer to join our Public Transport team. This is an excellent opportunity for a university placement student to gain hands-on experience supporting the delivery of local bus contracts while contributing to one of the UK's most significant Bus Franchising programmes.
?? What you'll be doing

?? Monitor contracted bus services through on-street observations.

?? Analyse performance data, punctuality, reliability and customer feedback to produce insightful reports.

?? Support the management of bus service registrations and contract compliance.
You'll ideally have:

?? A Levels (or equivalent).

?? Be studying towards a degree in Geography, Transport Planning or a related subject.

?? A genuine interest in public transport and sustainable travel.
