Main duties, tasks & skills required
You will be based within the Integrated Administration Hub at Phoenix House, Priory Health Park, Wells. The role involves working 7.5 hours per day on a rostered basis between 8:00am and 10:00pm, including some weekends, bank holidays and out-of-hours cover. You will provide administrative support to the District Nursing, Community Rehabilitation Service and Older Persons Service within the Mendip Integrated Neighbourhood Teams. Working as part of the Integrated Administration Service, you will deliver a comprehensive administration and reception service to support the effective day-to-day running of these teams. Main duties will include filing, answering and managing telephone calls, responding to emails, maintaining systems and databases, creating and updating documents, arranging appointments, and responding to enquiries from managers, staff and service users. You will be expected to work flexibly, uphold the Trust's values, support the coordination of administrative tasks, and contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the team as a whole.
