About the Role

This professional role is responsible for providing and co-ordinating administrative support for the UC Sheffield team, with a particular focus on the quality of the adult and higher education curriculum. The role will require a significant level of professional autonomy, independent decision making and proactiveness. There is potential for future supervisory responsibilities, as the UC Sheffield team grows further.

Main Responsibilities

Maintain an excellent standard of administrative support for UC Sheffield
Work with curriculum and support teams to ensure that Exam Boards, Review Boards and other key aspects of quality assurance are scheduled and supported
Operate a telephone and email service for UC Sheffield related enquiries
Coordinate, and monitor the administration associated with Sparks Teaching Services,
