Reporting to: Workshop Manager

What You’ll Be Doing

Construct and assemble mechanical equipment using components bought in and made in-house.
Carry out maintenance activities (repairing, fault-finding, commissioning) on mechanical equipment both in the Doncaster Workshop and on UK & International customer sites.
Understand and work to mechanical system blueprints.
Report daily activities.
Inspect and measure completed works.
Organise equipment and plant for your tasks.

What We’re Looking For

Time‑served apprenticeship or equivalent experience
5 – 10 years’ experience in a similar role
Background in heavy engineering (essential) and bulk material handling (desirable)
Ability to read engineering drawings
Strong communication and time‑management skills
A positive, proactive attitude and pride in your work
Willingness to learn and develop
Ability to work effectively in a small, fast‑paced, cross‑functional team
Willingness to visit customer sites globally, as/when required (essential)
