NIGHT YARD SHUNTER DRIVER
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking business that sells wood based sheet materials, laminates, worktops and edgings to joinery manufacturers.
We are looking to recruit a full time Night Yard Shunter Driver at our hugely successful company based at our modern facility in Leeds. We offer good rates of pay, on-going training and an attendance bonus scheme.
We operate a modern curtain sided fleet, which comes complete with sat nav and forward facing cameras as standard. Our drivers play a key role in the company’s success. You will be an essential part of this team, ensuring that our vehicles are moved around our yard safely to assist with loading.
As a professional driver you will need to:
- Hold a Class 1 License
- Demonstrate a highly positive attitude together with the ability to remain calm in pressured situations
- DQC (cpc) card must be valid
- Drivers Digital Tachograph card must be valid
- Always Adhere to Health & Safety regulations
You will demonstrate a willingness to learn, excellent attendance record and desire to become part of this friendly, efficient team.
What we will offer you:
· 40 hours per week @ £14.40 per hour including paid breaks.
