Job Summary:

Sayhan International Business Group Ltd is seeking a Director of International Business to lead global business development, expand international partnerships, and drive sustainable growth across international markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader who enjoys identifying new commercial opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and leading international business initiatives. What you'll do:

Develop and implement international business strategies that support company growth.
Identify and expand business opportunities across global markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Lead international business development, market expansion, and commercial initiatives.
Collaborate with sales, operations, marketing, and finance teams to achieve business objectives.
Monitor global market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
Oversee commercial negotiations, strategic partnerships, and contract development.
Manage international business performance, budgets, and operational planning.
Ensure compliance with international business regulations and company policies.
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing international business teams.

Requirements:

Experience in international business, business development, commercial management, sales, global operations, or a related field is beneficial.
Previous leadership or senior management experience is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Commercial mindset with excellent strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple international projects and priorities.
Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.
