Full job description

TK Waterproofing Solutions are specialist contractors in waterproofing and ground gas protection systems. As a dynamic and expanding company, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality solutions that consistently meet and exceed our clients’ expectations. Our projects are carried out nationwide, ranging from emergency response works to planned and controlled operations.

We are currently seeking reliable, trustworthy, and motivated full-time Technicians to join our team based in Doncaster.

Due to the nationwide nature of our work, candidates must be flexible and willing to travel regularly, including staying away from home during the working week when required.

Key Responsibilities

Work effectively as part of a two-person team and share responsibility for a company vehicle
Maintain company equipment and manage stock responsibly
Travel punctually to construction sites across the UK while representing the company professionally
Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and site personnel

Essential Requirements

Applicants must hold:

A valid CSCS card
A full UK driving licence (preferably clean)

Candidates should also possess experience or knowledge in several of the following areas:

General construction and on-site experience
Structural waterproofing and structural injection
Below-ground waterproofing systems
Cementitious coatings
Sheet membrane installation
Rendering and plastering
Resin injection works
Hot air welding
Liquid coatings
Concrete repair
Labouring and groundwork
Construction supervision/team leadership
Health and safety procedures

Desirable Qualifications and Skills

The following qualifications and experience would be advantageous:

PASMA certification
Confined Space training
NVQ Level 2 in Gas Membrane Installation
NVQ Level 2 in Structural Waterproofing
SSSTS certification
Previous site supervisory experience

This is a highly specialised role within the construction industry. Full training will be provided to suitable candidates to develop them into qualified Waterproofing and Gas Membrane Specialist Technicians. However, successful applicants should already possess relevant construction-related skills and experience.
