ROLE: Office Assistant

LOCATION: Doncaster

SALARY: National Minimum Wage

HOURS: 9am – 5.15pm Monday to Friday

BENEFITS:

We are looking for an organised and reliable Office Assistant to join our well-established team in our Doncaster branch at Sills & Betteridge LLP.

This is a key legal administration role supporting the smooth running of our busy office. You will work closely with colleagues across the firm, providing essential administrative support and contributing to a professional and positive working environment.

This opportunity would suit someone at an early stage in their career who is looking to develop skills within a law firm environment or professional services setting.

You will undertake the following but not limited to:

Manage incoming and outgoing post, including scanning and distribution;
Maintain stationery supplies and support ordering processes;
Distribute internal post and messages promptly;
Provide reception and telephone cover during busy periods and holidays;
Support wider administrative tasks such as file opening and document preparation.

You will:

Be highly organised with strong attention to detail;
Communicate confidently with colleagues and clients;
Take a reliable, proactive and professional approach to your work;
Be comfortable managing routine tasks and changing priorities.

You will have:

Previous administrative or office experience (beneficial)
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT systems
Understanding of confidentiality and data protection
