Moss Properties has been helping landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers move for over 20 years. With more than 1,500 five-star reviews and award-winning customer service, we're looking for an energetic, organised and commercially minded Lettings Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is not a traditional office-based lettings role.
We're looking for someone who enjoys being out and about, meeting people, generating new business opportunities, creating content for social media and helping us continue to grow our managed portfolio.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting landlords and tenants whilst actively helping the business win new instructions and generate new opportunities.
You must be confident communicating with clients, comfortable appearing on camera and willing to proactively promote Moss Properties both online and within the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
Lettings Administration & Coordination
- Arrange and manage property viewings
- Progress tenancy applications and references
- Coordinate tenancy agreements and move-ins
- Ensure compliance documentation is complete
- Update CRM and property management systems
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors
Property Marketing
- Upload properties to Rightmove and other portals
- Create engaging property descriptions
- Coordinate photography and marketing assets
- Monitor enquiry levels and viewing activity
New Business Generation
- Follow up landlord and investor enquiries
- Identify opportunities from buyer and seller databases
- Assist with landlord prospecting campaigns
- Support valuation appointments and follow-up activity
- Generate landlord leads through local networking and outreach
Community Outreach & Door Drops
- Deliver targeted marketing campaigns
- Conduct door-drop activities in key areas
- Promote landlord events and seminars
- Support local sponsorship and community initiatives
- Represent Moss Properties professionally within the community
Social Media & Video Content
- Confidently record property tour videos
- Create reels and short-form video content
- Feature in social media campaigns
- Assist with landlord advice and market update videos
- Support the growth of Moss Properties' online presence
Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants
- Resolve issues professionally and efficiently
- Maintain regular communication and updates
- Ensure every client receives a five-star experience
What We're Looking For:

Desirable
✔ Estate agency or lettings experience
✔ Social media content creation experience
✔ Knowledge of Alto or similar CRM systems
✔ Property industry experience
Daily Activity Expectations
Every Day
- Respond to all enquiries within 30 minutes
- Book and confirm viewings
- Follow up every viewing completed
- Make proactive calls to prospective landlords
- Generate new business opportunities
- Record or assist with at least one piece of social media content
- Update CRM following every interaction
- Complete compliance and progression tasks
Every Week
- Participate in local outreach campaigns
- Complete targeted door-drop activity
- Support landlord lead generation initiatives
- Attend team training and KPI reviews
Hours of Work
- Monday – Friday: 10am – 6pm
- Every other Saturday: 10am – 4pm
