Full job description

Outstanding opportunity for a go ahead charismatic energetic operations person to join our team, working from our site in Doncaster. As a company we are growing and on schedule to double the revenues of this innovative business over the next 4 years.

FLP Group is a manufacturer, importer and distributor of automotive paints, supplying the UK and Ireland. We are currently expanding our product range and looking to diversify into different market segments. FLP Group is looking to strengthen its operations team with a hard-working dedicated person to join as production team leader, and will be at the heart of the business helping to deliver the ultimate customer experience.

About the Job:

The job will comprise briefly of the following:

Be working in and leading our production department
Labelling and batching automotive paint products
Batch mixing all types of products including paints
Hand mixing individual paints
Filling containers and tins

This is not an exhaustive list and other tasks may be required.

About you:

Previous experience in a similar role
Have a keen eye for detail
Be able to operate a computer (for creating labels & adding stock)
Have a forklift counterbalance certificate

This role is challenging and will require a lot of manual labour and personal drive to complete the day’s work and not disappoint the customers, there will be the occasional need to start early and finish later to ensure we get all orders completed daily.

The production team operates to a customer order base schedule with orders placed before 14:00 to enable same day despatch.

Working Hours

Standard work hours will be 06:30 to 15:00
Only working Monday to Friday, we do not work weekends.
42.5 hours per week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £31,500.00 per year
