L.A Security Solutions Ltd are currently recruiting professional and reliable SIA Door Supervisors and Security Officers to join our growing nationwide team.
We provide security services across a wide range of sectors including major events, festivals, concerts, sporting events, licensed venues, corporate functions, and manned guarding contracts throughout the UK.
This role may include travelling and staying away from home while working on contracts in different parts of the country, so flexibility and commitment are essential.

Requirements:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)
- Excellent communication and conflict management skills
- Smart appearance and professional attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work within a team
- Flexible to travel and stay away when required
- Event security or crowd management experience preferred but not essential
- Full UK Driving Licence is a massive advantage

- ID Checks & Ticket Verification
- Crowd Monitoring & Management
- Incident Reporting & Emergency Response
- Customer Service & Public Safety Duties
