Job Summary

Pay: £12.71 per hour plus £80 per month night shift allowance
Schedule: Sunday to Thursday nights

Shift Times

Sunday: 9:00pm – 6:00am
Monday: 10:00pm – 7:00am
Tuesday: 10:00pm – 7:00am
Wednesday: 10:00pm – 7:00am
Thursday: 10:00pm – 7:00am

About the Role

Griffins Group is a well-established business with over 20 years’ experience in pallet network logistics. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and organised Night Shift Traffic Admin Clerk to join our busy Logistics Division.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong communication and administrative skills.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Updating jobs and delivery information on our electronic system (Mandata)
Monitoring night trunks and updating ETAs or delays
Using online pallet network portals and responding to messages
Replying to customer and team emails
Debriefing night drivers at the end of shifts
Checking drivers’ PODs (Proof of Delivery notes) on the online system
Ensuring pump truck batteries are on charge at the end of the shift
Sorting drivers’ paperwork and completing end-of-day admin tasks
Checking pallet locations for warehouse staff and drivers
Liaising with partner depots regarding collections and deliveries
Supporting the warehouse, customer service, and traffic teams as required
