Job Overview
At Buttercross Dental we are seeking a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth operation within the dental practice, contributing to a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal use of the dentist's time.
Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality in accordance with data protection regulations.
Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, appointments, and insurance information.
Process payments and manage billing inquiries accurately.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and communication.
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area, ensuring all materials are stocked and organised.

Qualifications

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanour.
