Full job description

Highwood is a leading supplier of agricultural and groundcare machinery, providing sales, service, parts and support to customers across the region. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining efficient business systems that support our operation.

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Administrator to oversee the day-to-day financial administration of the business. The role is varied and hands-on, encompassing purchase and sales ledger, banking, credit control, month-end accounting, financial reporting and general office administration. Working closely with the Manager, you will prepare monthly management information, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss and VAT reports. You will also assist with year-end accounting processes.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience using IBCOS Gold or a similar dealership management/accounting system, although training can be provided for the right applicant.

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
