Link-Force Ltd is currently seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our reputable client, a well-established Residential Construction company based in Oxfordshire. This contract role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced candidates to contribute to high-quality construction projects. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth finish of concrete surfaces, working closely with the construction team to meet project specifications and deadlines. The role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to interpret technical drawings, prepare the site, and use appropriate tools and techniques to achieve a professional finish across various residential projects. Collaboration with other trades and adherence to safety standards are essential for success in this role.

Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role within the construction industry
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong knowledge of finishing techniques and tools used in concrete work
Good physical fitness and strength to handle heavy materials and tools
Reliability and commitment to work on ongoing projects
Understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites
