Pegasus Gym is looking for enthusiastic, qualified instructors to join our growing Boutique Fitness Team. We're searching for experienced instructors who can inspire, motivate, and challenge our members in Body Combat, Body Pump, and Reformer Pilates classes.

Pegasus Gym is one of Buckinghamshire's largest independent family-run fitness facilities, offering a premium training environment with a genuine community feel.

The Role
You'll be responsible for delivering high-energy, engaging, and professional classes while creating an inclusive environment where every member feels supported and motivated.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional Body Combat, Body Pump and/or Reformer Pilates classes.
- Create motivating, safe and enjoyable sessions for members of all abilities.
- Adapt exercises to suit different fitness levels.
- Build strong relationships with members and encourage long-term participation.
- Help maintain a clean, professional and welcoming studio environment.
- Work closely with our coaching and reception teams to provide an outstanding member experience.
What We're Looking For
✔ Minimum Level 2 Fitness Instructor Qualification (Level 3 desirable)
✔ Qualified and experienced in teaching one or more of the following:
- Body Combat
- Body Pump
- Reformer Pilates
✔ Excellent communication and coaching skills
✔ Positive, energetic and professional attitude
✔ Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

We are not recruiting Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA or other traditional combat sport coaches for this role.
