Our passion and purpose at Matrix is to ‘Connect people to work’. The more people we connect to work, the better it is for society and our business.
Our technology, and over 400 exceptional people, make that possible by bringing together organisations that need solutions to meet their recruitment needs. We provide products and services that allow our customers to:
- Recruit temporary / contingent talent
- Recruit permanent talent
- Procure consultants and / or companies to perform projects for customers
- Manage the screening and compliance of all types of workers
These products and services help our customers find and hire talent in a more cost effective way than they may do if they were doing it all on their own behalf. We help manage all of the recruitment agencies, companies and consultants (the supply chain) on our customers behalf and provide them with consolidated information on what they are spending on these activities. The screening proposition helps customers ensure they recruit safely, meeting both regulatory requirements but also their internal standards and requirements for risk management.
We do this for over 4,000 customers across the UK and as that number grows, we are continually looking for great people to join our team.
We have offices in Milton Keynes and Basingstoke.
Office attendance requirements: 1 day a week in the office.
